These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bt222 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). 1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the bt222 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform:

2. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bt222 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. bt222 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must immediately notify bt222 support if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• You are prohibited from using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in any way.
• You must not engage in any collusion, match-fixing, fraud, or any activity intended to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Any breach of account security obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

bt222 supports a range of local and international payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and standard bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are subject to change; current limits are displayed within the Platform at the time of transaction.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the bt222 Platform:

• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may be returned or forfeited at bt222's discretion.

• Any attempt to abuse the payment system, including exploiting deposit bonuses without genuine gaming intent (bonus abuse), may result in the confiscation of the relevant bonus and any associated winnings.

4. Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

bt222 periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed their account registration and passed identity verification. 21+ only.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (rollover). Unless stated otherwise, the standard rollover is 20x the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited or the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other active offers unless explicitly stated. Only one welcome bonus per household, IP address, or device is permitted.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bt222 Platform. Any user found to be engaging in prohibited activities may have their account immediately suspended, their funds confiscated, and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities:

Prohibited activities include: using the Platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity; using the Platform if you are under the age of 21; opening accounts on behalf of another person; using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions; exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage; and any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abuse directed at bt222 staff or other users.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the bt222 Platform, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, game assets, user-interface designs, software, and audio-visual materials, is the exclusive property of bt222 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without the prior written consent of bt222.
• All third-party game content is used under licence from the respective providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and remains their property.

Any unauthorised use of bt222's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal proceedings.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

bt222's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed by contacting bt222 customer support and attempting to resolve the matter amicably. bt222 aims to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through bt222 customer support, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. bt222 does not accept liability for any losses or damages that result from situations outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, internet outages, or force majeure events.
